Chief Executive Officer
Brian is a qualified electrician. He has been in the electrical industry for more than 20 years. He is the founder member of Zizwe DSD (Pty) Ltd and other successful businesses. He holds an Electrical Trade Test Certificate and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current).
Fadiela is a long-time business person. Over a number of years, she has been involved in various Small and Micro Enterprises. She has also started a successful Postal and Communication Business, which is growing from strength to strength. Fadiela's prime investment is in Zizwe DSD (Pty) Ltd where she is a 51% shareholder.
Jonathan has been employed in various positions for over 15 years. Positions held include Administration, Procurement/Buying, Accounting and Financial, Business and Operations Management. He has worked in the Petrochemicals, Mining, Electrical Construction industries. He is currently engaged in Business Administration and Operations Management studies.
Chief Financial and Commercial Officer
Howard has been employed in the Finance and Logistics environments for over 15 years. He holds the following qualifications, amongst other; a Diploma and Degree in Cost and Management Accounting, a Diploma and Degree in Logistics Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Head of Construction
Paul has been in the electrical industry for over 25 years. Over the years he has gained the following experience: Photovoltaic (Solar) Plant build and commissioning; Substation and line build and commissioning; Electrification, Construction and Maintenance on Eskom Power Network (11Kv to 132Kv). Transformer Installation, Rigging and Maintenance (up to 80 MVA); Upgrading of Control Rooms and Switchgear (up to 33kv); Construction and Commissioning of PV Farms; Authorised Eskom Switching up to 132kv and Live line work up to 220kv.
Paul is a qualified trade tested electrician and holds an Electrical Diploma. .
Zami Nkosi is a graduate from Tshwane University of Technology. He started his career at Eskom as a graduate in training and moved to senior Management in the Eskom Distribution Division. He joined MTN as a general Manager Network Services and there after moved to City Power as a general Manager Customer Services. Zami was promoted to Vice President Commercial Services and later back to Executive Director Customer & Revenue Management. The City of Joburg promoted Zami to a Managing director of Pikitup, a position he held from 2007-2011 and thereafter joined the Universal Service and Access Agency of South Africa as a Chief Executive Officer.
Manager: Human Resources
Mbali is a strong HR generalist, but has specialised in labour relations & Industrial relations, Skills development, Disciplinary policies, employee benefit consulting, employee wellness and recruitment. She has been trained in labour law, negotiations & arbitration, has written conciliation guidelines and procedures for line managers and been involved with implementing and rolling out of a fully integrated Payroll system & compliance, including processes and procedures. Mbali holds a National Certificate in HR, National certificate in PR & an international accreditation with the ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers) in Payroll. She is an APSO (The Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations) member; PRISA (Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa) certificated and is currently in her last year of her B.Comm studies in HR.
